On the road to Sare, on the banks of the Nivelle, the restaurant Zuzulua splits in the heart of a typical Basque Country.

In a style that is both traditional and modern, we come here to share some tapas and wines, savor meats and fish over a wood fire or enjoy seafood! Quality products showcase local cuisine and the "grill" spirit.

ZUZULUA: The chest bench

Traditionally placed next to the fireplace, zuzulu was present in most dining rooms farms in the Basque Country. Usually three seats, the zuzulu or Basque chest bench has the distinction of having a shelf for serving meals with the home.
